1.OUTPUT RATINGS

The generating set is normally supplied connected for 400 or 230 Volt,3 phase, 4 Wires, 50Hz and alternative voltage/frequencies are also available according to customer orders,

2.ENGINE

The engine is with compact size, economic and easy start in cold weather.All engines are compliant with EU07 97/68/EC Certified and are made in United Kingdom or U.S.A.

3.ALTERNATOR

Brushless alternator, with brushless pilot exciters are used for excellent load reapond with standard 2/3rd pitch stator windings to avoid excessive neutral currents and very low waveform distortions.Insulation provision are to Class H requirements, Quality are guaranteed by their global warranty serive net,

4.CONTROL SYSTEM

Engine mounted control panel in a vibration isolated sheet steel enclosure with a hinged lockable door. State-of-the-art, reliable and robust control and protection systems are provided as standard with tailor-made customer specific systems available request. It has engine set control unit (automatic start controller and key start controller).

5.BASE FRAME

The complete generating set is mounted as a whole, on a heavy duty fabricated ,welded steel base frame.The base frame incroporates built-in fuel tank and specially designed lifting points

6.QUALITY STANDARDS

The equipment meets the following standards:BS4999,BS5000,BS5514,IEC34,VDE0530,NEMA MG-1.22

7.WARRANTY

All equipments are warrantied for the period of 500 hours or 6 months from the date of commissioning or 12 months from shipping, whichever occurs first.(warranty will be invalid if customer disobey the requirement of the operation and maintenance in Generator Set Technical Manual.)
