In this 2000 series ,composed of original Perkins engine and Stamford or Leroy Somer alternator.
We pay great attention on the quality and technical of our products . Every guarantee that every generator set has undergone a 2- hour factory load test at 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% ,100% & 110% duty and all protection devices and control functions are simulated and checked as part of the factory testing regime.

All Superwatt's generators comply with international design and quality standards such as ISO 8528(GB/T2820-97), ISO 3046, BS.EN 60034, BS5000, IEC34-1, VDE0530, NEMA MG1-32, GB755, CSA22-2, AS1359, as well as the requirements of  ISO9001 and ISO14001 quality and safety management standards.

WARRANTY:

a)Quality are guaranteed by Stamford global warranty service net.
b)Class "H" insulation system.
c)Electrical charactoeristics:BS5000 Part3, IEC34-1,CSAC22.2-200 UTE51100,NEMA MG1.22 and AS1359.
d)Radio interference: Superrion is in line the provisions of BS800 and VDE class G and N.

SWT generator sets:
1.Quality Standard:BS4999, BS5514, IEC34, VDE0530, NEMA MG-1.22
2.Warranty: All equipment is warranted for a period of 1000hrs or 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months from shipping, whichever occurs first
3.Each Superwatt generating set has been got through 2 hours load test for running 0% , 25% , 50% , 75% , 100% & 110%, all protective devices and control function are stimulated and checked before dispatch. A test report can be provided upon request.
4. Control System : the standard controller is key-start controller, option types are automatic type or intelligent type.
5.Accessories:Standard accessories: Battery, Battery Rack and Battery Cables;Integral Vibration Isolation; Oil Drain Extension; Air cleaner, Heavy Duty, 3 Pole Circuit Breaker, Heavy duty industrial type exhaust silencer with flexible pipe(supplied loose)(Option:for Supersilent type, the silencer is residential type).
General Maintenance Literature Kit; Test Certificate and design accessories; Quality certificate and Maintenance card.
