Output ratings are listed on the verso side. The generator set is normally supplied connected for 380 or 415 Volt, 3 Phase, 4 Wires, 50 Hz and alternative voltages/frequencies are also available according to customer orders.

2. ENGINE

Yanmar diesel engine is with compact size, low emission, low noise and fuel consumption, compact, powerful , long lasting, global warranty and service.

3. ALTERNATOR

Stamford/Leroy somer, as the first-class brand of alternator, is on the leading status in the world. Quality are guaranteed by their Global Warranty Service Net.

4.CONTROL SYSTEM

Engine mounted control panel in a vibration isolated sheet steel enclosure with a hinged lockable door.

5. BASE FRAME

The complete generating set is mounted as a whole,on a heavy duty fabricated, welded steel base frame. Incorporates built-in fuel tank and specially designed lifting points.

6. QUALITY STANDARDS

Our gensets are in accordance with the following standards:

BS4999, BS5000, Bs5514, IEC 34, VDE0530, NEMA MG-1.22.

7. FACTORY TESTS

Each superwatt generator set have been got through 2 hours load test for running 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% and 110% load, all protective devices and control function are simulated and checked before despatch. A test certificate can be provided upon request.

8. WARRANTY

All equipment is guaranteed for the period of 1000 hours or 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months from shipping, whichever occurs first.(warranty will be invalid if customer disobey the requirement of the operation and maintenance in Generator set Technical Manual.)
